HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE THE PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE IN STOCK?

We try our best to update our website and stock availability on a daily basis.

You can be assured that everything that is marked in stock, is in stock at our warehouse in Lazer Park, Jhb.

All in stock products will be dispatched within 1 working day. If this is not possible then we will indicate a lead time.

If we do not have stock then the product will be marked as "out of stock".

We do not sell products that we don't have and we do not sell products on Backorder.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, collections and in-store purchases are available. If ordering online, please select COLLECTION upon checkout. A collection note will be sent within 4-6 hours. Please contact us if you would like to collect your order the same day.

We also deliver countrywide to your home or business thorough The Courier Guy.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED OR NOT?

You will receive a system generated email confirming your order. It sometimes happens that these emails ends up in your Junk Mail. Please check your Junk Mail. If there is no email then please contact us at sales@powerprovider.co.za or 072 690 2734 and we will gladly confirm your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is ready to be shipped an email will be sent with the Waybill number and tracking details.

If you are unsure about when your order will be shipped please email us at sales@powerprovider.co.za

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please send an e-mail to sales@powerprovider.co.za requesting your order to be cancelled. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled online by customer after payment has been made.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped then we will process and immediate refund. 

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped but before it has been delivered to you then we will cancel delivery. As soon as we receive the product back we will process the refund. Please note that you will be liable for delivery fees incurred by us.

If you cancel your order after you have received it then a 15% handling fee will be applied when processing the refund. Refunds will not be issued on used and unboxed products.

MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET?

Please contact us immediately if you are concerned about when your order will be delivered to you. Please allow at least 2-4 days for delivery if you are based outside of Gauteng. Because of the size and weight of some of the items, some deliveries might take longer than others. We ship through The Courier Guy and all orders can be tracker using the waybill number provided and The Courier Guy tracking link. Your waybill number will usually be PWR followed up your order number or Invoice number.

THESE PRODUCTS ARE ALL CONFUSING. I DON’T KNOW WHAT I NEED

We understand that the process of buying a back-up power solution for your home or business is very overwhelming and it is difficult to make sense of all the Technical Specifications .

Please don’t feel overwhelmed. We are here to help. Please send us an e-mail or give us a call and we will explain all the available options and find the best solution for you.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have various fast & secure payment methods available..

If you purchase online you will be able to checkout with PAYFAST (credit card / debit card / Instant EFT ). We also offer FLOAT which is a 4 month interest free payment plan (T&C's apply), PAYFLEX and YOCO Credit Card Payment.

Alternatively, you can also checkout and select the Direct Fund Transfer option. (EFT)

If you contact us at sales@powerprovider.co.za we can issue you with an Invoice. You will be able to pay via EFT or we can send you a YOCO Credit Card link.

We also have a YOCO credit card machine for in store purchases.

We accept all major credit cards.

Lithium Compact Power Stations, also known as a Mobile Lithium UPS , offers a versatile and easy-to-use power solution for various settings, including homes, offices, businesses, outdoor festivals, construction sites, film sets, and mobile medical units.
Energy Independence has designed the Compact Power Stations to ensure a reliable source of electricity when needed, providing uninterrupted power.
This system is versatile, serving as a convenient Plug and Play UPS for immediate use or as a solution for powering ceiling lights and plug points by easily connecting it to the DB Board.
Furthermore, it offers the flexibility to expand its capabilities with the straightforward addition of solar panels or extra batteries, which can extend its runtime as needed.

The Compact Power Station is a Complete system and does not require any addition components to operate.

DO YOU HAVE CUSTOM SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE?

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes within 7 (seven) days.

All products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. A handling fee and restocking will be charged for all returns.

Refunds will not be issued on used or unboxed products.

Any refund due will be processed within 24 hours after the product has been returned to us.

I CAN'T FIND MY ORDER WHEN I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT.

This might just be a system error. Please do not panic.

Energy Independence was established in February 2021. 

Our goal is and have always been to offer customers reliable, quality and affordable back-up power products accompanied by 5-Star Service.

We have 135 5- Star reviews on Google and Hello Petter.

We have a physical store and Factory situated in Lazer Park, Honeydew. We also ship countrywide with The Courier Guy with whom we have had an account since 2021.

As a customer you are also welcome to contact our main suppliers to verify our stock and existence . These suppliers are Hubble Lithium / Rentech / Rectron / MCE.
