Repair Request Terms and Conditions Energy Independence (Pty) Ltd and/or its Suppliers will cover all costs for repairs or replacements if the issue falls within the product warranty. If the fault is due to improper use, incorrect installation, or any cause not covered by the warranty, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to: • Courier fees • Replacement or repair costs for equipment • Labour fees Out-of-Warranty Repairs • Call-out fees of R950.00 (excluding VAT) per hour apply for repairs within Johannesburg. • For products located outside Johannesburg, a labour fee of R950.00 (excluding VAT) per hour applies, excluding parts. • The customer is also liable for all courier charges. Additional Information • All costs must be paid in full before the repaired product is returned to the customer. • Turnaround time for repairs is 10–14 working days, excluding shipping times. • Call-out services are only available in Johannesburg. By proceeding with a repair request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
