Please note that Energy Independence (Pty) Ltd and/or its Suppliers will carry all costs involved if this is an in-warranty repair / replacement. If its a fault caused by improper use or incorrect installation which is not covered by the warranty then the customer shall be responsible for all costs involved. These costs can include courier fees, equipment replacements costs, equipment repair costs, labour costs, which shall be paid prior to the product being returned to the customer. Call-out fees of R850.00 shall apply for out of warranty call-outs. Call-outs are only available in Johannesburg at the moment. Turn around time for repairs can take 10-14 working days (excluding shipping times) Are you in agreement with the terms listed above?
